Deposit and withdrawal methods

Every payment method available to Singapore users, with its type, cost and realistic processing time. All methods are free of platform charges: no deposit fee, no withdrawal fee, no monthly fee. The only costs that can ever appear are set by external parties, and this page says exactly where.

Requests move through payment systems that observe banking days, so weekends and Singapore public holidays add time to everything except instant deposits.

Withdrawal methods

Payment methodTypeFeeProcessing timeHow it works
PayNow Instant bank transfer Free Within 24 hours Withdrawals go to the PayNow-linked account you registered. Most requests are processed well inside a business day.
Bank transfer FAST / telegraphic transfer Free Within 24 hours (FAST); 1–3 business days (wire) FAST payouts are usually same-day during banking hours. International wire payouts depend on correspondent banks.
Visa Debit / credit card Free 1–5 business days Payouts return to the same Visa card used for deposits where the issuer supports it; final timing depends on your bank.
Mastercard Debit / credit card Free 1–5 business days Funds return to the original Mastercard where supported; the issuer sets the final posting date.

Withdrawals are paid only to destinations in your own verified name. The minimum per request is S$50; standard limits are S$25,000 per request and S$100,000 per rolling 30 days, with higher limits available to Premium accounts after review. The dashboard tracker shows each stage of every request in real time.

Deposit methods

Payment methodTypeFeeProcessing timeHow it works
PayNow Instant bank transfer (linked to your bank account or mobile number) Free Instant Approve the transfer in your banking app. Funds normally appear in your trading account within seconds.
Bank transfer FAST / telegraphic transfer Free Instant (FAST); 1–3 business days (wire) FAST transfers arrive almost immediately during banking hours. Overseas wire transfers pass through correspondent banks and can take longer.
Visa Debit / credit card Free Instant Some issuers run an extra security check through Visa Secure before the payment completes.
Mastercard Debit / credit card Free Instant Identity Check verification may be requested by your card issuer; the deposit lands once the check passes.

Minimum first deposits by plan: S$350 on Basic, S$2,000 on Advanced, S$6,800 on Premium. Your manager walks you through your first deposit on a call, using whichever method suits your banking setup, and confirms with you that the funds have landed before anything else happens.

Two honest warnings. First, deposit methods set the withdrawal route: funds paid by card are returned to that card where the issuer supports it, and PayNow withdrawals go to the account linked to your PayNow registration. Second, we will never ask you to deposit into anyone's personal account, and any "manager" who does is an impostor; our payments run only through the channels named on this page.

Choosing a method that fits you

For most users in Singapore the practical decision is between PayNow and FAST, and the honest answer is that either is excellent: both are free, both land instantly on deposit, and both are normally paid within 24 hours on withdrawal. PayNow is the simplest if your banking app already has it registered, because there is no account number to retype. FAST suits users who prefer initiating transfers from the bank side with a reference number attached to the payment.

Cards make sense as a backup or for small top-ups; their withdrawal side is slower, so users who plan to move money out regularly usually keep a PayNow or FAST route as their primary. International wire transfers exist for amounts or banking setups the local rails cannot serve, and their timelines belong to correspondent banks rather than to us.

How a withdrawal request flows

  1. You submit the request in the dashboard, choosing the method and amount; funds committed to open positions stay untouched.
  2. The request enters the queue and passes the standard checks: verified identity, matching destination name, and the AML review described in our policy pages.
  3. Payment is released to the system for your method; the tracker moves to processing, and the reference number appears in your dashboard.
  4. The funds arrive: same day for FAST in most cases, within 24 hours for PayNow, one to five business days for cards and wires.
  5. If anything stalls past its expected time, support raises a trace with the payment system and keeps you updated as each reply lands.

Questions about a specific method, limit or timeline go to [email protected], answered during Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 SGT usually within one business hour. The Withdrawal Policy page explains checks, delays and declines in full.
