Regulation in Singapore
StraitsVault AI operates within the Singapore regulatory framework governing services related to digital assets and trading technology, including the applicable national requirements administered by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the obligations relevant to our technology and support role. The table below sets out the framework areas that apply to our activity and the basis on which we operate under each.
We describe this position honestly: it is a statement of the framework we comply with and the standards we apply, and it is deliberately not a claim of any specific licence, registration number or status. Where our role or a partner's role changes in a way that changes the applicable framework, this page changes with it.

Transparency in matters of regulation
StraitsVault AI strives to maintain the registrations, permissions and compliance procedures provided for the services it offers in each relevant jurisdiction, and it applies the client-onboarding, identity-verification, monitoring and complaint-handling standards described across the Documents section of this site. Where a requirement applies to a partner venue or provider rather than to us, we say whose obligation it is instead of borrowing the credit.
Regulation does not remove investment risk and does not assure profit. Digital assets are subject to market volatility and the other risks described on the Risk Disclosure page, and no supervisory framework changes that. Any website, message or caller claiming a specific licence number on our behalf is not us; verify such claims directly with the regulator's own published resources, and tell us at [email protected] so we can act on the impersonation.
