Fraud warning

Our company takes all information and suspicions connected with fraudulent activity extremely seriously. From time to time we identify companies that use our name, or names similar to ours, without permission. This causes confusion and spreads false information about our company and its services, and this page exists to help you tell the difference.

Why we publish this notice

Fraudsters imitate brands that users already trust, because trust is the hardest thing to build and the easiest thing to borrow. A cloned site copies the colours, the logo and the tone, then waits for someone to enter credentials or send a deposit to an account that has nothing to do with us. The people harmed are users first and our reputation second, which is why we would rather teach the checks than stay quiet.

We continuously work to identify clone companies, and we emphasise honestly: some remain unidentified for a period of time despite our efforts. Users should always verify the legitimacy of any company they deal with online, before sharing personal data or beginning any business relationship. The checks below take less than a minute and stop nearly all of it.

Clone companies, and how to spot one

If you suspect you are dealing with a company cloning our brand, name or logo, do not share your personal information, and notify us immediately at [email protected] with the address of the site and, if you have it, a screenshot. The tells are consistent across clones, ours and everyone else's.

Check the address bar

Our pages are served only from straitsvaultai.org. Clones use look-alike domains with extra words, hyphens or strange endings. Type our address yourself; never arrive via a link in a message.

Question the contact direction

We call users from registered numbers after they register. We do not cold-call strangers with "investment opportunities", and any caller who does is not us, whatever the caller ID says.

Follow the money

Deposits go only to payment channels named on our Deposit & Withdrawal Methods page. Any instruction to transfer money to a personal bank account, PayNow number or digital wallet "manager" is fraud, full stop.

Notice the pressure

Countdown timers that reset, threats that an account closes today, offers that double a deposit if you hurry: urgency is the tool of the fraudster. Legitimate firms explain and wait; clones push.

Guard your codes

We will never ask for your password, one-time codes or remote access to your device. Anyone who does, in a call, email or chat, is an impostor even if they know your name and part of your account details.

Verify claims yourself

Regulatory claims should be checked against the regulator's own published resources, not the site making the claim. Any licence number a site displays can be looked up in a minute; do it.

Where our responsibility ends

We are aware of cases where our name and personal details have been misused for fraudulent purposes, which we cannot influence or control. While we sincerely regret the financial losses suffered by everyone affected, our company is not responsible for fraudulent operations conducted in our name by parties outside the company, and no imitation site's conduct binds us.

That boundary is legal reality, and it is also the reason this page is written plainly rather than in small print. If you have paid money to someone claiming to represent us and now doubt it, act at once: stop further payments, gather the records, report the matter to your bank and to the Police (in Singapore, the Police hotline 1800-255-0000 or the ScamShield Helpline 1799), and write to us with what happened so we can assist with the records we legitimately hold.

Report suspected clones, impersonation messages or suspicious "managers" to [email protected]. Reports are read during Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 SGT, and security-related reports are triaged first. A minute of checking beats a month of recovering.
