The applicable fee is always displayed before you confirm a deal. Spreads vary with the asset, its liquidity, volatility and current market conditions; the figure you see on the confirmation screen is the figure you pay.

Service fee and spread
The service model is simple: no fixed service subscription, and revenue from the explicit costs above. The spread, the small difference between buying and selling prices, applies per instrument and widens or narrows with market conditions; the effective spread for your order is part of the pre-confirmation display. Liquidity and time of day matter: a large order in a thin market at 3am carries a wider spread than the same order at midday, and the engine accounts for that when choosing execution moments.

Timelines and limits
Minimum first deposit: S$350 (Basic), S$2,000 (Advanced), S$6,800 (Premium). Minimum withdrawal: S$50 per request. Standard withdrawal limits: S$25,000 per request and S$100,000 per rolling 30 days; Premium accounts can arrange higher limits after a review with their manager. PayNow and FAST withdrawal requests submitted before 15:00 SGT on a business day are normally paid the same day.
Important notes
The deposit attached to each plan is trading capital and remains yours; it is not a payment for the platform and it is withdrawable under the Withdrawal Policy, minus any open positions. Trading involves risk, including the loss of your capital, and no plan level changes that. Plan features describe service levels and scope, not expected outcomes; higher tiers buy analysis depth and service priority, not better market luck.
