Getting started: your first steps on the platform
This guide takes you from a blank registration page to a running strategy you understand. After following it, you will be able to register safely, connect the platform to a trading venue, choose what the engine analyses for you, and read your dashboard well enough to know what your money is doing.
No step assumes prior trading experience. Where a concept needs background, the linked pages explain it in plain language.
1. Introduction: what this page is for
The platform was designed for people who do not want trading to become a second job. That design goal shapes the flow below: four steps, each short, each done once with your manager's help, after which the engine does the watching and you do the checking. Most users complete steps one to three within their first week.
Read this page end to end before you start, then keep it open the first time you walk through the platform. It also tells you which security settings to switch on, which is worth more than any strategy choice on day one. Nothing here assumes prior knowledge: every term that matters is explained where it first appears, and the linked pages go deeper only when you want them to.
A note on pace: the steps below are ordered the way they are because each one protects the next. Security comes before registration finishes, registration before any money moves, and a manager conversation before a strategy runs. Users who respect the order tend to have quiet, uneventful first weeks, which is precisely what a good first week on a trading platform looks like.
2. Step 1: registering your account
Registration itself is two minutes: your name, email address and phone number in the form, then a confirmation link in your email. Choose a password you have not used anywhere else; a password manager makes this trivial, and reusing a password from another site is the single most common way accounts everywhere get taken over.
Immediately after registration, turn on two-factor authentication from the security settings, using any standard authenticator app on your phone. This one setting blocks the vast majority of account takeovers before they start. Then wait for your manager's call, usually within 24 hours; the manager verifies your details, answers questions and walks you through everything that follows, so nothing on this page needs to be done alone unless you prefer it.
3. Step 2: connecting a trading venue
The engine executes orders on external trading venues, so the next step is creating a connection. In practice you open an account with one of the exchanges used in Singapore, generate an API key for it, and paste that key into the platform's connection page. The key is what lets the engine read market data and place orders on your behalf, without ever giving it access to your exchange login.
Scope the key narrowly from the start: enable reading and trading, and leave withdrawal permission off, since trading never needs it. Your manager names the exact settings during setup and checks them with you. Once the connection shows as active, the platform can see your venue balance and is ready to run strategies against it. Keys can be rotated or revoked at any time from the same page, and every change is recorded in the audit history.
4. Step 3: setting up analysis and monitoring
Now choose what the engine works on. You select the trading pairs it covers, for example Bitcoin or Ether against the US dollar, a risk class from conservative to aggressive, and how you want to be notified. Conservative classes trade less, hold smaller positions and react to volatility by standing aside; aggressive classes trade more and accept deeper swings in both directions.
Two settings matter more than users expect. Alerts: set a weekly summary email plus a push notification for unusual events, and you will know about anything important without watching a screen. Risk pause: confirm that automatic pausing in extreme volatility is on for your strategy, which is the engine's habit of stepping out of the market when conditions turn disorderly. Your manager can show you how each setting behaved in recent months, which is a far better explanation than any label.
5. Step 4: your dashboard and managing settings
The dashboard is deliberately one screen: current balance, open positions, the strategy's recent activity in plain language, and your cumulative result since starting. The activity report explains what the engine did and why in words rather than codes, and the audit trail underneath records every login, connection and settings change on the account.
Managing the account is equally direct. You can pause a strategy, adjust its risk class, change notification settings, or submit a withdrawal at any time, and nothing on the platform locks your funds to a notice period. A useful habit: a fixed weekly review of ten minutes, dashboard and report together, beats an anxious hour of refreshing charts every evening.
6. Important notes before your first deposit
No strategy on this platform, or anywhere else, comes with assured outcomes. The engine makes statistically reasoned decisions continuously, but markets move against positions, drawdowns are a normal part of trading, and you can lose part or all of your deposit. The Risk Disclosure page sets out the ten risk areas in full, and reading it before your first deposit is the best use of ten minutes in this whole process.
Decisions remain yours: how much to deposit, which risk class to run, and when to pause or withdraw. The platform provides analysis and execution, and your manager provides explanation; responsibility for the decision to trade and the amount at risk sits with you, and should sit with an amount whose loss would not change your life.
