1. Use of the website and services

StraitsVault AI provides an informational and marketing platform: it presents tools, market analysis and account services that support automated trading activity executed through connected licensed entities. You may use the site and services for lawful personal purposes, including registering an account, receiving analysis, running strategies and managing deposits and withdrawals, in each case subject to these terms.

You agree to use the services only for yourself, in your own name, and to keep your credentials private. Access to the platform may evolve: we may add, change or retire features, and where a change materially affects how you use the service, we announce it in the platform before it takes effect.

2. Restrictions

You may not misuse the service. Restricted conduct includes attempting to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data; interfering with the platform's operation or overloading it; scraping or harvesting content or user data at scale; and using the services on behalf of undisclosed third parties or for commercial resale without written agreement.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law. Where a restriction is unenforceable in a particular respect, it applies to the extent the law allows, and the remainder stands.

3. Promotional materials and mailings

By registering, you agree to receive service messages: verification emails, security notifications, transaction confirmations and account notices. These are part of the service and cannot be switched off while you hold an account, because they carry information you need.

Marketing messages, such as market commentary or product news, are sent only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through your settings or the unsubscribe link in any such email. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect service messages or your account.

4. Intellectual property

The site's design, text, graphics, code, the StraitsVault AI name and logo, and the platform's software are protected by intellectual property rights owned by us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use, and you may quote short extracts with attribution.

You may not reproduce substantial parts of the site, remove branding from outputs, reverse engineer the platform's software beyond what the law permits for interoperability, or use our name and marks to imply a relationship that does not exist. Third-party names and marks that appear on the site, such as exchange names used descriptively, remain the property of their owners.

5. Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential. Yours includes account data and personal information, handled per the Privacy Policy. Ours includes the platform's logic, strategy parameters and internal operations, learned through your use of the service.

Confidentiality does not cover information that is public through no fault of the receiving party, independently developed, or lawfully required to be disclosed, provided the disclosing party is notified where lawful.

6. Links to other sites

The site links to external pages, such as payment providers or educational resources, for convenience. Those sites belong to their operators: we do not control their content, security or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement of everything a linked site says or sells.

Verify the address of any external site before entering credentials there, including sites that appear to be ours. The Fraud Warning page explains how imposter pages are built and how to check you are on the real one.

7. Prohibited use

Beyond the restrictions in section 2, you may not use the platform for unlawful purposes of any kind; to violate applicable sanctions or export rules; to infringe intellectual property rights; to transmit malware, spam or unsolicited bulk communications; or to attack the site's infrastructure, including probing or scanning for vulnerabilities without written permission.

We investigate suspected violations and may suspend accounts while doing so. Where conduct involves suspected crime, we preserve records and cooperate with the authorities as the law requires.

8. Support

Support is available at [email protected] during support hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 SGT, handled by the Client Support & Compliance department. Support covers the platform, its features, account matters, deposits and withdrawals, and complaints under the published complaints procedure.

Support will never ask for your password, one-time codes, or remote access to your device, and will never instruct deposits to personal accounts. Any such request is fraudulent regardless of how convincing the sender appears.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Analysis produced by the platform is informational: it is not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell any asset, and not a promise of any outcome.

Market data may be delayed, incomplete or occasionally wrong despite our efforts; decisions remain yours. Nothing on this site, including the illustrative calculator, is an offer to trade on particular terms or a projection you may rely on.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for claims connected to the site and services is limited to the amount of fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim, or the amount you deposited in that period if higher, except where the law does not allow the limitation, including for liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Singapore law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or trading losses attributable to third-party venues, connectivity failures or decisions you make on the basis of informational analysis. Trading losses are part of the risk you accept; the Risk Disclosure page describes them plainly.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of any law or third-party right, in each case to the extent permitted by law.

This indemnity does not apply to matters caused by our own breach or misconduct, and it does not shift onto you any liability we cannot lawfully transfer.

Other terms

These terms may change. Updates are published on this page and take effect from publication; material changes are announced in the platform beforehand. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means accepting the updated version, and if a change does not suit you, you may withdraw your balance and close your account at any time.

The terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over disputes, subject always to your rights under the complaints and external resolution procedures described on this site. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. Questions about any section go to [email protected]; we would rather answer a question now than a dispute later.
