Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions our support team and managers actually receive, grouped by topic: using the platform, costs and results, functions, risks, security, support, payments, and where to read more. Each answer is written to stand on its own.
If your question is not here, ask it before you register: [email protected] answers usually within one business hour during support hours.
General use
Complete the registration form on the homepage or the Create Account page with your name, email and phone number, confirm the link in your email, and you are registered. The whole process takes about two minutes and does not require any documents at that stage.
A verified account, a first deposit from S$350, and a conversation with your personal manager about which strategy and risk class fit you. Verification needs one identity document and one address document. Nothing else is required.
No. The platform is designed for users without professional trading backgrounds: the engine handles analysis and execution, defaults are conservative, and your manager explains each setting in plain language. Experience changes how much you customise, not whether you can start.
Yes. The platform works in your phone browser with the full set of functions: dashboard, reports, settings and withdrawal requests. There is nothing to install, and no separate app account to manage.
One account per person is the rule, tied to your verified identity. A second account would not change your limits or fees, and running several strategies happens inside the single account you already have.
Fees and results
There is no monthly fee and no account-opening fee. Trading costs up to 0.58 percent per transaction, currency conversion up to 1.50 percent where it applies, and deposits and withdrawals by every supported method are free. The full schedule lives on the Fees & Pricing page.
Every applicable fee is displayed on the confirmation screen before a deal is executed, including the effective spread for the order. Nothing is taken that was not shown there first.
No. Trading involves risk, and every strategy can produce losses, including a partial or total loss of your deposit. Results vary with market conditions, and past performance is not a promise of future results. The Risk Disclosure page explains this fully.
Profit is the change in your account balance from trading activity, reported in the dashboard in real time and summarised weekly in plain language. Fees are netted within the figures shown, so the number you read is the number that happened.
Platform functions
Market analysis, position opening and closing, position sizing within your risk class, and the risk pause in extreme volatility all run automatically once a strategy is active. You supervise rather than operate.
Yes. Strategy scope, risk class, notification settings and alert thresholds are all adjustable, and your manager will set them with you on a call. Changes take effect immediately, not at the next billing cycle, because there is no billing cycle.
Service notifications for logins from new devices, withdrawals and security events always. Optional alerts cover weekly summaries and unusual market or account activity, and you choose which of those you want.
Yes, at any time, from the dashboard. Pausing stops new decisions immediately, and existing positions close or settle per your instruction. There is no fee or notice period, and restarting later takes one click.
Risks
Yes. Digital assets and shares are volatile, drawdowns are a normal part of any strategy, and you can lose part or all of your deposit. Only deposit an amount whose loss would not change your life.
The risk pause stands the engine down when volatility exceeds the strategy tolerance, which caps new exposure during disorderly conditions. Open positions are managed under the rules of your risk class. Existing losses cannot be undone by any system.
No. Conservative settings, diversification and position sizing reduce risk, and the risk pause avoids the worst conditions, but no trading is free of loss risk. Anything suggesting otherwise, here or elsewhere online, is not true.
Security and account
Two-factor authentication, encrypted data in transit and at rest, login alerts for new devices, session management with one-click revocation, and a full audit trail of every action. The Security page explains each layer.
Trading balances sit with the connected trading venues that execute your strategies; deposits and withdrawals move through your PayNow, bank and card channels in your own name. Digital assets are not covered by deposit insurance.
Use the account recovery route: contact support from your registered email and complete identity verification. Recovery is deliberately careful, because that care is what stops an impostor taking over your account instead.
Never. No genuine staff member, message or page will ask for your password, one-time codes or remote access to your device, and we never instruct deposits to personal accounts. Any such request is fraud, however convincing the sender looks.
Help and support
Email [email protected] during support hours, or ask your personal manager directly after your first call. Both routes reach the same team, and both leave a written trail you can refer back to.
Pause the strategy first, then tell your manager or support what you saw, with the time it happened. The audit trail shows exactly what occurred, and corrections are made with you on a call rather than silently overnight.
Usually within one business hour during support hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 SGT. Messages received outside those hours are answered from the next business day, with urgent security reports triaged first.
Your manager does it with you, on a call, at your pace, which is faster and safer than handing credentials around. Never share your login with anyone offering to manage your account privately; that is a common scam pattern.
Deposits and withdrawals
PayNow, FAST and international bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard. PayNow and FAST deposits are instant and free; card deposits are instant and free too, with an occasional extra security check from your issuer.
PayNow and FAST withdrawals are normally processed within 24 hours; card withdrawals take one to five business days, and international wires one to three. The dashboard tracker shows each stage of every request.
Yes, S$50 per request. The standard per-request maximum is S$25,000, with a rolling 30-day limit of S$100,000, and Premium accounts can arrange higher limits after review with their manager.

The Getting Started page walks the whole journey in order, and Crypto Basics explains the asset class from zero. Both are written in plain language, with no prior knowledge assumed anywhere.
Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, the AML / KYC policy, the Withdrawal Policy and the complaints procedure are all in the Documents menu. Reading the Risk Disclosure before your first deposit is our honest recommendation.
The Articles page carries three short reads on trading mistakes, manual versus automated trading, and trader psychology. The Products pages describe each service in detail, from shares to the engine itself.
